We primarily install Amana and Goodman systems for their reliability, value, and warranty coverage. These brands offer American manufacturing with Japanese engineering innovation. However, we can install any major brand if you have specific preferences.

New installations include the manufacturer’s warranty (typically 10 years on parts with registration) plus our 1-year labor warranty covering any installation-related issues. Mini-split systems from Daikin come with 10-12 year manufacturer’s warranty coverage depending on the model.

Most new systems are significantly more efficient than units over 10 years old. Depending on your current system’s age and condition, many homeowners see 20-30% energy savings with a properly sized and installed modern unit.

• Do I need to upgrade my ductwork when installing a new AC system?
